Here we have an awesome Fender Custom Shop Telecaster, much like the one Mr. John Frusciante from the Red Hot Chili Peppers uses.

It’s a Closet Classic, which means it has that great factory aged finish, i.e. the guitar has that great finish checking and worn-in feel without all of that (perhaps excessive) relicing damage.

Another great characteristic of this guitar is the neck pickup. It comes stock from the factory with a Seymour Duncan Jazz pickup, which is wired so that it can be coil-split.

Telecaster neck pickups are generally not thought too highly of, but this customization addresses that weakness of the telecaster to make it a true tone monster, Keith Richards style.
